1975 Survivor for Sale $ 3,800.
This is my second RL250 and both were amazing to ride. I've restored a number of motorcycles and this one, by far is the nicest bike I was going to get started with. These bikes really clean up nice with just a little bit of work, which I planned to do at some point. I swear I think this bike has the original seat and 98% of parts. It has good replacement tires, but even the grips are vintage Suzuki. There is a scratch, but no dents in the tank, just a little wear from riding it. It’ll start first kick and will putt, till it runs dry. Plans change, so any time I spend with the bike now, has been keeping it ridden and not so much polished. What you see is from me wiping with a damp rag in the garage. Below are two links, a video and various pictures. The video pretty much sums up the bike without words. The pictures are of what I would want to see and if you know these bikes, you know what you are looking at. If you need any additional photos or info, just ask. There is very little surface rust on frame, except handle bars and not sure what happened to them, but I have a clean silver replacement. I have the entire vintage decal set also. The suspension is really loose, compared to the only other Trials bike I've owned, which were Bultacos. It may be too loose, but I like riding it in my woods this way, so I haven’t tuned them.
I just bought a $4,900. Ford motor for my son's truck, so as much as I hate it, something has to go. I'm just not in the woods as much as I used to be and all my rowdy friends are potatoes now.
