Used Discs are untested but look to be in fantastic condition when examined under light with only light smudges or markings.
IF the CD is new and Factory sealed, expect there to be no scratches or smudeges.
Might be minor defects to case, including small cracks, scratches or marks, this applies to new and used CD cases. (see photos)
