But to students at Mother Cabrini High School, student council means perky Maureen Hannigan, who's full of ideas and enthusiasm. One of student council president Maureen's pet projects is ANTI (Anti Narcotics Teen-Ager Inc.) whose main purpose of to make teen agers aware of the dangers of drug addiction.
