2nd owner. I've owned this bike 32 years. It was bored .020 over 20 years ago n probably didn't need it then. It was like new when I got it. Been ridden a little every year. Those are the original sprockets n chain n still don't need replaced. New tires n handlebars. I replaced parts that got cracked like the rear fender n side number plates. This bike was maintained well with low hours. Had a compression release installed which every one should have. Bike runs insanely crisp. Touch the throttle and it's on the powerband. 85 was the best year and ran best unmodified as this one is. This is the pinnacle of big bore motocross horsepower to this day. The legendary 85 CR500. It's very sentimental but I just don't ride it maintaining it every year just for it to sit, I'd rather see someone ride it. It's time to pass it on. They just don't come around in this unmolested low hour condition, it's very rare if at all. Thanks for looking.
