2000 Buell Lighting motorcycle that need repair for a gold mine in parts. These cycles were basically Harley Davidson 1200cc Sporters, but with tricked out performance upgrades with the Buell Harley partnership. I have own a couple of them and the are a powerful incredibly fun ride.
This cycle was a repossession from a large finance company where we bought it from, we thought it was likely running at some point. There are no keys, the starter has an override switch taped to the frame, which when we tried it the engine turns over but doesn't start. The exhaust looks like it was wielded in places and the muffler modified, tires are flat, missing parts, battery dead, odometer does not light up even with the battery charged. Someone who knows Harley's would likely take out the engine for a custom project, that is what likely happen to many of these cycles. Great cycle to fix up, fun summertime project.
