Descriptions
I try to be accurate and honest with my descriptions, please also
study the pictures and if you have any questions, please ask. The diecasts
suffixed ‘Code 3’ are home restorations, they may contain replacement or home
made parts, the paint will not be as good as a factory finish, the casting may
have small blemishes or dents, they are not toys and wont stand up to the same
stresses as factory models. Base plates are glued on and usually have dummy
epoxy putty rivets, if windows are original they will have been polished but
may still have damage, replacement windows aren’t always a good fit.
Payment
Ebay usually take care of that but if you would like to pay by
another method please contact me. Items should be paid for within 3 days of the
invoice; if there is a problem please contact me. If no payment or other
arrangements have been made after five days I may open a case with Ebay.
Insurance to cover your item(s) is available on request, please remember this
if you have chosen the economy post and your items go missing in the post.
Postage & Packaging
Please wait to be invoiced. I combine postage wherever possible
and pass the saving on to you. I don’t charge for extras or packaging; all
diecasts are carefully and individually packed.
Returns
I do my best to describe the items accurately; if you are not
satisfied I will accept returns and refund the auction cost but not the
postage. If the parcel is damaged do not accept it, if the item is damaged in
transit please contact me. If you are returning an item, please take suitable
precautions such as a receipt of postage, and return it in the packaging it
arrived in. You may return an item for any reason and receive a full auction
price refund, however unless the item is damaged or falls significantly short
of the description then you will be responsible for postage.
Invoices
Please wait to be invoiced if you buy multiple items as I may be
able to reduce the postage cost; however if you pay before being invoiced you
may loose any reduction. I will usually post as soon as possible after payment
is received.
Feedback
I leave feedback when I know you have received and are happy with
your item. When leaving feedback please remember I do my best to describe
accurately, I reply to comments and inform of despatch asap, I dispatch on the
next available post after payment is received if possible and I charge only for
the actual cost of postage. I will be responsible for your item until you
receive it and confirm its okay. Please be fair and honest with you feedback as
some elements are outside my control (eg postage delays).
Boxes
If the item comes in a box it is usually reproduction or custom
and should be considered as part of the packing; I don’t charge for packing.
