    Australian orders - Our items are sent via StarTrack with full tracking available. If you are not at the delivery address on the delivery day they will leave the parcel. If this does not suit you please call or email us before your parcel is shipped. 

    PO Boxes - if you would like your order shipped to a PO Box please contact us for a shipping quote. 

    International orders - our items are sent via DHL. Full tracking and signature is required. Local charges including import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

    Local pick up is most welcome - We are open Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Saturdays by appointment only. Please make sure you message us first to ensure your goods are ready for pick up.

    Changed your mind? That's fine. We will happily accept returns of goods that HAVE NOT BEEN FITTED or USED IN ANY WAY, providing that we receive your return request within 30 days of the purchase date. 

    PLEASE NOTE that we do not refund our original postage fees of $15 with the return.
