This is a rare 1990 Honda VFR 750 RC30, one of 300 available in the U.S. and built by a special HRC team in Japan. The RC30, known internationally as the VFR750R, was produced to satisfy homologation requirements for the factory RVF750 racer’s inclusion in the Superbike World Championship series that debuted in 1988. This example wears a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (RFP) fairing that is finished in race-inspired red, white, and blue livery over a twin-spar aluminum frame. Equipped with an RVF crankshaft, titanium connecting rods, a high-output AC generator, and CDI ignition with computerized electronic advance as well as dual fan-assisted aluminum radiators.
I'm the second owner of this bike and purchased this in 1991, I never raced with it and kept it safe and well maintained all these years. Though the bike runs and is in excellent condition, there are flaws with the fairing ilke some bubbling on the paint job, a common issue with this bike due to the factory made fibreglass fairing construction. I will also be including a race stand, a tool kit, and an extra rear wheel. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at any time.
