1967 BSA Lightning A65

Excellent condition. Recent Restoration

The engine number matches the frame number.

Less than 4000 miles.

Clean, clear title in my name.

The 654cc OHV parallel twin was overhauled in 2021 with work that consisted of:

• Boring the cylinders and fitting .060?-over pistons
• Replacing the camshaft and valve seats.
• Regrinding the tappets
• Replacing the connecting rods, oil pump, and bearings
• Fitting a Lucas rotor and stator,
• a Tri-Spark ignition module, and replacement Amal carburetors
• Replacing the petcocks and fitting a Norton oil filter

Work in 2022 included tuning the carburetors, changing the oil, and torquing the cylinder head.

Drive chains were replaced in 2021

Front brake shoe was replaced in 2022.

Truly is a joy to ride. (Don't need to sell; have opportunity for another)
