This 1972 Honda SL350 Motosport is powered by a 326cc SOHC parallel twin paired with a five-speed transmission, and it is the original blue paint with yellow and black graphics. It is equipped with a contoured seat, trail lighting, a 21? front rim, aluminum fenders, dual Keihin carburetors, a two-into-two exhaust system with upswept mufflers, and a side stand. The motorcycle spent time in dry storage in Nevada before it was acquired by the current owner in 2023, and subsequent work includes new inner tubes and Shinko tires as well as what’s listed below. SL350K2 is offered with a Clean Nevada title in the owner’s name.

Factory features include trail lighting, a color-coordinated headlight bucket, aluminum fenders, a side stand, and a 21 inch front wheel. Please note that the side covers have become extremely brittle and will likely require replacement. The right side cover had additional crack repair after the main photo documentation, so an additional photo as well as the video shows their condition. They have been epoxied together, but not refinished. There is a small ding on the left side of the tank, as well as a scrape and dent on the lower right side. The inside of the tank has minimal corrosion.

Chrome-finished rims measuring 21? up front and 18? out back are laced to drum-brake hubs and are wrapped in new Shinko tires. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork as well as a pair of shocks attached to the swingarm.

Instrumentation consists of a Nippon Seiki 110-mph speedometer and a matching tachometer with a 9k-rpm redline. The five-digit odometer shows 6.2k miles, approximately 100 of which have been ridden under current ownership. With the exception of the tires and replaced rubber seals, the bike appears to be entirely original. It would be recommended that the original control cables and grips be replaced due to cracking and age. The headlight works in both low and high beam, and the horn works as well.

The 326cc SOHC parallel twin is equipped with a kick starter and dual exhaust system with upswept mufflers. The mufflers show significant dents from what appears to be trail use, but very minimal corrosion and no leaks.

The carburetors appeared to be stored dry, but were subsequently cleaned and jets were replaced with Keihin parts. The right and left engine side cover gaskets were replaced with OEM pieces, as well as the kickstart shaft seal, the shift shaft seal, the oil basked o-rings, and the points cover gasket. There is a note of a very small leak that appears to be coming from the clutch rod seal. The timing was slightly adjusted to spec, and the valve clearances were set to the factory specifications.

The bike is kickstart only, but starts up with minimal effort as seen in the video. Please note a small misfire at idle on the right side cylinder, which goes away around 2500 rpms. A leakdown test was administered, and both cylinders tested above 94%. Power is sent to the rear wheel through a five-speed transmission and a drive chain. The bike includes one original key that works with the ignition, seat lock, and steering lock.

The bike is sold as-is, but with detailed photo and video documentation to make this as straightforward as possible. I am happy to answer any additional questions. I can also assist with shipping arrangements as needed.
