Titled 1952 Harley Panhead chopper.  Know very little about its condition.  Starts on the third kick and goes through the gears.
Smokes a little, leaks some engine oil and could possibly need rebuilding. . Oil pump has a check valve problem, a shut off valve stops the leak when not in use. The generator, relay and speedometer are not working.  Has a new 6 volt battery.  No front brake, no horn, a slightly out of round front rim. It has a foot clutch and hand shift.  M74 Linkert Carburetor.   I will try to answer any question promptly and send additional photos on request.  Will help your shipper with loading.
