We welcome pre-buy inspections of all units.  We are located in McKinney, Texas, about 20-miles north of Dallas.

We gladly provide free shuttle services to and from the 2 major airports in Dallas, DFW and LOVE Field.

All sales are subject to a flat $125 Documentary Fee, $327 Dealer Services Fee, a $40.75 State Inspection Fee, and a Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax based on .00203317 the purchase price.  Example: $20.33 per $10,000 spent.  Our document and dealer services fees are collected by HOPPER MOTORPLEX INC and/or SUZUKI CARS OF MCKINNEY and are not required by law.

Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration / inspection fees.  Out-of-State buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.

The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COST.

Please remember that these are pre-owned vehicles and they are being sold as "AS/IS" condition unless otherwise specified.  However, some vehicles may still be in factory warranty or an extended warranty may be purchased.

Deposit of US $500.00 within 48 hours of auction close.  Immediate deposit required for Buy It Now.  Full payment required within 7 days of auction close.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or if the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection, deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership productivity.

All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Collin County, Texas.  The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Collin County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Collin County, Texas.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be Collin County, Texas.

Miles posted in this listing may vary slightly do to local test-driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing.

We accept all major credit cards for deposits.  Balance must be in the form of Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Bank Financing.
