Very desirable 1967 Honda CL77 Scrambler in need of full restoration.  Certainly a model worth restoring based on current prices of restored examples.

Bike comes with clear OH title branded ACTUAL 11,640 miles and is exactly what you see in the photos, nothing more, nothing less. I have not disassembled the bike at all other than removing the spark plugs to confirm the engine turns over.  So, I do not have any other details beyond what you can see in the photos.  If you wan tto know something specific, please ask and I will do my best to answer it.

I have every intention of enabling the buyer to know what they are getting, so here is my best description of what I can see or understand about this great restoration candidate:

Positive Points:
  • Desirable model and year
  • Very complete and original bike.  Please make note of hart to find parts like chain guard and steering dampener and speedometer.
  • Solid, complete exhaust system with no holes
  • Engine turns over.  I removed the spark plugs, sprayed oil in the cylinders, put the bike in gear and rolled it over to confirm pistons were moving.
  • Clear title showing actual 11K miles
  • Low Buy-it-now price
  • Many other positive points can be seen in the photos

Negative Points:

  • Rust in almost all areas
  • Kick starter lever is not functional; acts as if kicker gear or mechanism is jammed, but have not investigated it.
  • Fuel system needs full cleaning
  • Shallow dent on the top of the tank that can be seen from the left side of the tank photo
  • Many other negative points can be see in the photos
