At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. - Fully Detailed - We had this '04 VTX1300C fully-detailed prior to picture-taking and can have it cleaned again before either shipping or in-person pick-up.

- No Visible Rust - And overall we'd consider this 2004 Honda to be in Fair to Good condition cosmetically, certainly Good in light of its age. There's no evidence of having been dropped or laid-down (we typically check the underside of the engine guard on any bike with one), though the aftermarket seat is clearly in Poor condition from multiple tears. In general the wear-'n-tear/evidence of use should be considered well within the normal/acceptable range, and the previous owner installed some VERY nice Parts & Accessories, or upgrades - examples include the aftermarket fairing with a tri-pack window pouch, "mustache crash bar" (engine guard), the aftermarket Kuryakyn Iso grips and of course the leather saddlebags. Other cosmetic negatives include some sun-fading to the paint on the front of that aftermarket fairing, and while the wheels are mechanically sound they'd look better after some polishing with the treatment of your choice. Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if paying cash or arranging their own financing; customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state under this scenario. Out of state buyers using Cowboy Harley-arranged financing WILL be charged TT&L appropriate to their home state and these taxes/fees will be paid on their behalf. Documentary fees and Texas V.I.T. do apply in either case.
Taxes and Fees
In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $125. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction of a pre-owned motorcycle (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first). A $1,000 deposit is required on any new bike. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close, make payment of a security deposit within 3 days (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first), and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a no-contact/non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports or bus terminals when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
