Ducati 900 Super-Sport SP (No. 646) Custom

Thank you for taking a look at our recently completed 1994 Ducati 900SS SP Build (SP = Sports Production).  We found this this bike locally a few years ago – it was sitting in the back of a garage in Orlando for a few years and was in need of some TLC.  After focusing a ton of work/hours in to this frame-off build, she is now ready to be moved on to a new home.  The completed version of this bike is a bit of a beast and definitely not a machine we would recommend for beginners – this SS does not like putting around the neighborhood, it wants to be ridden hard and fast like she was designed to be!  The bike fires right up, runs beautifully and sounds incredible – yes, you will be heard as she is pretty loud and not for the faint of heart or for today’s “snow-flake” generation. She was on display at the 2016 AIMExpo (American International Motorcycle Expo) in Orlando – claimed to be the largest trade show in the world dedicated specifically to the motorcycle industry – the good folks at Spectro-Oil agreed to display our Ducati in their booth.  Please check out our website for additional information and photos of this bike including several more before/during/after shots (link below).  The photos below and on our website help to capture the amount of work we dedicated to this Ducati Custom.

Like all of our builds, she is a turn-key bike, fire her up, let the motor warm-up and head down the road to start your journey.  We eliminated a lot of plastic and misc. items so she now weighs less than the original version  … combined with the performance upgrades, this version of the 900SS is more nimble, more responsive, faster and just a blast to ride!  The overall look pays homage to the GP racers from the 60’s & 70’s – she definitely turns heads and will bring lots of attention.  While most of our bikes target a certain theme, we always focus on balancing form, function and economy in our work.  We have gone over the bike thoroughly and she is ready to go … as most of you realize, normal maintenance will be required to keep her happy!
