- Our technician's pre-trade-in check-over revealed two MINOR concerns: 1. The tires are mismatched brand-wise (though fine on condition of the rubber & tread depth), and; 2. - Starts Right Up - It's always seemed to us that bikes in great cosmetic shape are more-often-than-not in good mechanical shape, too, so we weren't a bit surprised that this 2009 Kawasaski Vulcan 900 Classic fires right up with the slightest touch of the starter button and is ready to RIDE! - Dealer Inspected - Dunlop motorcycle tires on the Front measures 5/32nds on the tread depth indicator, Pirelli on the Rear at 7/32nds. The rubber's in good shape on both, with no cracking or dry rot, and either tire has PLENTY of tread wear remaining!
- Garage Kept - Obviously garage-kept and probably only ridden in good weather, the paint on this '09 VN900B is still strikingly glossy! To take a look at it out in the sunlight please call Tim H. at 512-213-9150!

Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if paying cash or arranging their own financing; customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state under this scenario. Out of state buyers using Cowboy Harley-arranged financing WILL be charged TT&L appropriate to their home state and these taxes/fees will be paid on their behalf. Documentary fees and Texas V.I.T. do apply in either case.
Taxes and Fees
In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $125. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction of a pre-owned motorcycle (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first). A $1,000 deposit is required on any new bike. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close, make payment of a security deposit within 3 days (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first), and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a no-contact/non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports or bus terminals when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
