This vehicle is also for sale on our lot and other advertising sources, we reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.  The dealership retains all incentives if applicable, no other discounts or incentives apply to the winning bid or buy it now price.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Understanding that the vehicle will remain available for purchase until the deposit has been secured. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.  The customer must come to the dealership to do all paperwork on new bike purchases.

Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.  We will not except full payment via Paypal, that can be used for the deposit only.  We cannot except Credit Cards on out of Store purchases.

Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.  If the bike will not be registered in Colorado then no Colorado sales tax will be paid.  There are no additional dealer fees added to the winning bid or the Buy It Now price, we have no hidden charges.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the existence and condition of any equipment listed.
