We are well established and reputable so bid in confidence. Polaris of Gainesville reserves the right to end this auction early or at any time. Polaris of Gainesville works diligently to pull units from EBay if they are sold from our location while being listed for sale thru EBay’s auction. Polaris of Gainesville works very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid, please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. This vehicle was inspected before it was offered for sale. If you would like to have this vehicle/Vessel inspected, it will be at your expense, and prior to bidding. We have aftermarket warranties available on most vehicles. If this vehicle is still not covered by a manufacturer's warranty and you decline the service warranty contract, you are purchasing the vehicle 100% AS-IS, WHERE-IS.

Payment Type Accepted:

Certified check from the USA or a Canadian Bank, or money order, or wire transfers are accepted. A Personal check will be accepted but the unit will be held until the check is cleared. Pay Pal can only be used for the initial deposit.

Fees:  

Some out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees. Our documentation Expense is $399 and and is required on all purchases. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. The laws pertaining to taxes vary per state. Florida residents pay 6% sales tax. Buyers are encouraged to call us or email us if they have questions pertaining to your state laws.

 

Deposit:

We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Payment required with PayPal.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

 

Terms: Auction Policies

Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 48 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. Buyer Pickup

A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at our area airport if necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup with dealership prior to making any travel arrangements that include us participating.
