SHIPPING - We want you to get your item as soon as possible, so please make your payment within 3 days of auctions end. US post office estimates between 2-3 business days while international shipments can take up to 2 weeks. Insurance is HIGHLY recommended on items over $100 as we are not responsible for misplaced items. We ship most international packages using USPS First Class Mail, which does not provide insurance or tracking once the item leaves the country. If you would like to purchase Priority Mail with insurance please contact us prior to purchasing so we can adjust.

RETURNS - Since we provide measurements and photos of each item, we cannot give refunds for items that do not fit or for minor imperfections. Our measurements are approximate can subjective as to where a hip / length etc is, so please ask us for a more descriptive measurement prior to purchasing if you need more than an approximate measurement.
We often provide a rating which should be acknowledged can be subjective depending on each person. Although we offer our opinion of the item, it is ultimately up to the buyer to look at our many photos and fully understand our no returns policy. We are happy to answer more specific condition questions before purchasing. We use our best judgement when translating sizes that are not originally US or for items without size tags, but the buyer should check our measurements provided to make sure the item will fit. As we also have a physical storefront some items conditions may have changed slightly since the listing was posted.
