NB: All items to the UK are sent 2^nd class, outside the UK we send Regular Airmail.

1) Does this DVD have subtitles - Whilst we cannot check the specific case or DVD due to time constraints, we will attempt to locate this information for you via the internet.

Region 0 - Usually PAL but sometimes NTSC

Region 1 - NTSC - USA/North America

Region 2 - PAL - UK/European

Region 3 - NTSC - China/Asia

Region 4 - PAL - Australia/New Zealand (compatable with UK)

Payment

1)UK Payments accepted are: Paypal, Cheque or Uncrossed Postal Order.

2)Outside UK Payments accepted are: Paypal, EU Cheques (NO MONEY ORDERS)

Payment is expected within 7 days. After this date a non payer alert will be opened.

Returns

Returns for items that are not as described and are a fault of ours, are accepted. We cover 2nd class standard postage costs on this type of return. Returns for items not compatable with consoles or PC's are only acceptable at our discretion. We will not cover any postage costs for this reason, and only the initial item cost would be refunded.
