We will then offer either an exchange item or a refund of the purchase price.  Any exchanged items will incur new post and packaging fees.  The original postage and packaging fees are not refundable.

Postage and Carriage is charged at cost.  We do not mark up the postage!  We buy quality postage and packing materials to ensure the books/manuals/brochures arrive in good condition and these are paid for by us - not by you - so please bear that in mind when you are giving your feedback and scores!

We despatch Monday to Thursday. Any orders received over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday.
