Wow! Up for auction is a true barn find. We found this awesome sidecar in a local estate, buried in the back of the barn. I can't imagine there's many of these around, especially in this condition. Estate owner advised us, his father purchased it in the late 80’s with the intentions of adding to his bike, but never got around to it. Serial no. 45LE1675, which I believe dates it to 1945. Car appears to be pretty good condition considering the age. Does have some scratches and nicks to paint as shown in the photos. Also appears to be missing some trim. We’ve provided you collectors will large photos to review. The son said he thought his dad replaced the tire but couldn’t remember if there were any other parts that had been replaced.
