This auction is for the January, 1940 issue of the influential and long-running science-fiction pulp, ASTOUNDING STORIES, Vol. XXIV, No. 5

This is an original and not a reprint or facsimile. This vintage pulp is in  good condition. 

This has not been professionally graded but I have provided numerous photos so you can see the condition. I am also happy to answer any questions.
