This Auction is for a 1970's Milton Bradley 

Shrunken Head "Apple-head"  doll Box set

Box shows wear, not sure is its all there, But looks like most of it is. 

Does have instruction booklet, two different shades of  hair, and the stand for holding the apple,

one carving stick and a few other items.
