You are bidding one one (1) mouthpiece/lig/cap set; seven (7) are pictured.

SMALL shank mouthpieces normally fit trombones with out a left half trigger rotary valve and baritone/euphoniums with only three valves. 

LARGR shanks usually fit four valve euphoniums and tenor/bass trombones with a left hand trigger rotary valve.
