Returns Policy

I am always happy to provide a full refund if for any reason the buyer believes the item they have purchased has been miss-described in any way, provided the item is returned in unchanged condition within seven days of receipt. Any refund will be made in the same format as the original received payment. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs of the item.

A proof of posting will be obtained for all items dispatched; however, We cannot subsequently accept responsibility for any items lost in the post or otherwise undelivered unless Recorded Delivery (UK) or other International Signed For postage is requested.

If you prefer not to opt for the recorded delivery, we will not be held responsible for none delivery, and will dispute any refund requests.

In the event you do not receive your purchase and did not opt for recorded delivery we will provide prove of posting but will dispute refund requests.
