Not all vehicles come with two sets of keys and owner’s
manuals.
Texas residents are subject to 6.25% state sales tax plus
all applicable registration, title, and inspection fees.
Out of state buyers are responsible for registration and
vehicle title in their home state (same as drivers license).
All sales are subject to $50 Documentation Fees, a 0.217%
Texas State Inventory Tax, a $5 Temporary Tag Fee, and a $30 Texas State
Inspection Fee.
All Petrol and Patina Vehicles are pre-owned and sold
“AS-IS” with no warranty or guarantee.
No verbal promises or guarantees – everything must be done
in writing and signed by a representative from Dallas Auto Collective.
Buyer will receive copies of all paperwork after the
transaction.
Vehicles older than 10 years and/or have more than 100,000
miles will be sold as mileage “Exempt”.
Vehicle mileage posted may vary slightly.
Any legal proceedings from either party will take place in
Dallas County, Texas.
A $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required.
Deposits can be made via PayPal or any major credit card
(subject to 3% processing fee) over the phone.
Final payment must be made in the form of Cashiers Check, Bank
Financing, or Cash in person.
