This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of the auctions conclusion. Final payment is due within 7 days of the auction’s conclusion or on delivery of vehicle (whichever comes first). If we are not contacted within 24 hours after the end of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or do what it deems necessary with the vehicle.  We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. 

It is the buyer’s obligation to fully inspect the vehicle before delivery.  All out-of-state sales are AS IS, and no warranties of any kind are provided except any remaining OEM warranty.  We have a range of warranty options available to you, and we would be happy to provide a free, no obligation quote.

There will be a $100.00 dealer documentation fee added to the final selling price on all vehicles. 

We will accept certified bank checks and bank to bank wire transfer of funds (please calls us for routing and account numbers).  We will also accept your credit union or bank auto financing check from any reputable institution. We can also provide financing for your purchase through any of our institutions.

The buyer is responsible for all local state, county, and city tax fees, as well as title and registration fees. Out of state buyers will be responsible for above fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered and any others that may apply.  For our in state, New York buyers a state sales tax will apply based on county of residence. 

The Buyer is responsible for pickup and/or shipping of the vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped we will gladly assist you in making arrangements. We will also be more than happy to pick you up at Albany International Airport and bring you to our dealership so you may inspect the vehicle.  If you live inCanada, your best option is to ship the vehicle to your closest DAS terminal in theUS, and then drive or trailer it across the border yourself.

We reserve the right to end this listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.  Please do not bid unless you are serious about owning this vehicle. All non-paying high bidders will be reported to eBay.
