Vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty, either expressed or implied, and the seller is not responsible for the Vehicle, or any damages occurring to the Vehicle, after the Vehicle has left the Seller’s facility. After the Vehicle leaves the Seller’s facility, no returns or refunds will be issued. The Buyer also certifies that they have read and agree to the eBay Motors Vehicle Purchase Protection terms. Buyer has 7 days from the time of deposit to inspect the Vehicle, or to have a third party inspect the vehicle on the Buyer's behalf, at the Buyer's expense, at the Seller's facility. The Seller agrees to cancel the sale if the inspection result is unsatisfactory to the Buyer.
