This vehicle is also for sale on our lot and other advertising sources, we reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions/Listings.

Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will be required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Understanding that the vehicle will remain available for purchase until the deposit has been secured. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and local taxes) within 3 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing, personal checks accepted (must clear prior to delivery), Credit Cards Accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX (anything over $5,000 will incur a 3% surcharge if paying by credit card)

Fees and Taxes:

• Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. (if we are shipping the vehicle, a bill of laiding must be provided, and completely filled out, prior to vehicle to vehicle departure)
• Additional destination charge and set-up fee will apply (destination charge is separate from shipping cost)
• State tax for WA is 6.5% and Local tax is 2%
• Documentation Fee $150 (negotiable)
