Payment

All funds must clear before the item is shipped or picked up.  We ask that you forward your payment ASAP to avoid any delay in the transaction. Buyers are allotted 3 days from the end of the auction to remit payment. If the buyer has not paid within this time, we reserve the right to re-list. Due to the fact that we are selling items on consignment, all items are sold "AS IS." Sales tax of 6.35% will be added for any pick up sales and for items sold anywhere in Connecticut.  

Shipping

Buyer agrees to pay the amount listed (US Dollars) to cover shipping and handling.  We generally use USPS, FED-EX or, UPS. WATERBURY LIQUIDATORS  reserves the right to ship with other shipping carriers.  All International orders will be shipped through EBAY Global Shipping Program.  We will not mark international shipments as gifts and will declare the proper value. We are not responsible for duties and import taxes that you may be charged upon receiving your item.  We ship 5 days a week (Mon-Fri). Items will ship within  (3) business days after payment has been received.

 FREIGHT SHIPMENT

If this item will be shipped by LTL truck freight, freight costs can vary . 
Shipping charge DOES NOT include accessory charges like LIFT GATE, INSIDE DELIVERY, or LIMITED ACCESS deliveries . If you require any of these services you must let us know so we can include them in your freight quote. The semi driver is responsible only to get the item to the back of the truck. You are responsible for unloading. Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway ONLY. Semi trailer truck will not back into your driveway. It is not the drivers responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. 
Drivers do not assist with un-packaging or set-up. All deliveries require you to be present and sign for the delivery
LTL Truck shipments require a PHONE NUMBER and DELIVERY SIGNATURE
Once the item leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for the item.  All items are from our warehouse in Waterbury, CT. and the seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock.  Any freight claim is between the carrier and the buyer.  Please inspect all packages carefully.  If you sign for an item from the freight company in good condition, they will deny any damage claims.
 

Terms of Sale

Please carefully inspect your items upon receipt. We will accept returns if you notify us within 48 hours from the delivery date and only if the item significally fails to meet the above item desription, Items must be returned in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are returned in unsatisfactory condition. Returns are refunded for 100% of the sale price minus shipping, handling and insurance charges. We will only pay for shipping on a returned item if the reason for the return was our fault. ALL ELECTRONICS AND MECHANICAL ITEMS COME WITH A 48-HOUR TEST AND INSPECTION PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.
