Taxes and Fees: Buyer will be responsible for all applicable State and Local taxes. A documentation fee of $75 and a $15 title fee will apply to all titled unit purchases.  All payments must be made by bank wire transfer unless otherwise arraged ahead of time. Financing   Please have financing in order (or have made arrangements with us for financing options) and be ready to finalize your purchase. In House Financing does not apply to trailers, equipment, classics and/or most modified vehicles. You can easily contact us at 419-294-4366. Deposit and Payment buyer needs to contact us within 12 hours of the end of the auction. Payment will be arranged at that time. A non-refundable deposit of $500 will be due within 12 hours by bank wire transfer or cash (unless otherwise arranged ahead of time). The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due plus fees & taxes within 7 days by a bank money wire or cash (unless otherwise arranged ahead of time. Before removal of the item can take place, all payments must be received and cleared along with all proper documentation of sale returned. If no contact is made within 12 hours of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to relist, sell to the next highest bidder, or sell the vehicle locally. Please keep in mind that the vehicle is advertised locally and otherwise, and we reserve the right to end the listing early if the vehicle is sold. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We can assist you with finding a shipping company if you'd like. Feel free to call us for more information. Once the item is sold  it is the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping company to insure each item. Full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.  A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements. Please ask any questions you might have about the vehicle prior to auction end.

Classic Vehicle Disclaimer

These are used vehicles that are being sold as-is. We do our best to describe and show any flaws or issues with our classic vehicles. It is allways a good idea to hire a third party inspector, appraiser, family member or friend in our area other than us for there opinion of the unit that you are interested in. Purchasing a classic car from WMS should be an exciting proccess & the last thing we want is for a buyer to regret a purchase. Even when described as a good driver these cars are older and anything could happen at any time, transportation of vehicles is recomended. Auction Policies
Buyers must contact the seller within 24 hours of the auction close. A $500 non refundable deposit must be made by bank wire only (unless otherwise arranged ahead of time), within 24 hours with a emailed signed purchase contract. Full Payment must be made by bank money wire transfer ( unless otherwise arranged ) within 7 days or deposit will be kept by seller for lost fees and time. The purchase transaction must be completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Item will be held at dealership for 30 days after the sale at no charge. After this point buyer will be charged $3.00 per day storage fee.
