I combine shipping whenever possible and practical and charge actual cost plus up to $1.00 handling fee per shipment. Please wait until I send a combined invoice in order to take advantage of the shipping discount – it is not computed automatically by eBay.

Payment via PayPal must be received within 7 days of auction end. If you need additional time, please communicate that to me and I will work with you. Non-payers are reported to eBay if payment has not been made within 7 days. 

I appreciate positive feedback and am very protective of my exceptional feedback rating. Feedback should be based on things a seller has control over (responding to inquiries, fast shipping, proper packaging, etc.) and not USPS mail delivery time, which is beyond our control. Buyers should never leave feedback based on delivery time by the post office - the seller has no control over this. I appreciate buyers who use common sense when leaving feedback - thank you! It warms my heart to receive positive feedback from happy customers!

I use recycled materials to ship whenever possible, so you may receive recycled packaging with your order. This helps keep my shipping prices as low as possible, as well as helping the environment. I will always pack your order with care and ship as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.

I'm not an expert on anything. I sell on eBay full-time and sell anything and everything that I pick up at estate sales and auctions. Every item is described as accurately as possible, to the best of my ability, but I may not know much about it. If you have questions, particularly about the condition, please inquire before bidding.

A full refund will be given only if the item turns out to be defective or if I have grossly misrepresented the item or its condition. “Buyer’s Remorse” returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the order.

Please contact me ASAP with any concerns about your order. Since I do allow returns, please do not open a case as I will work with you to try to come to a mutually satisfactory end result. If for any reason you have an issue with your purchase, contact me member-to-member by clicking on “Order Details” and “Contact Seller”, then select "Other" to email me directly. All other options will automatically open a case against the Seller whether you meant to or not. Please DO NOT open a case unless you are unhappy with my customer service after contacting me with your concerns. eBay has changed their policies and if a case is opened, regardless of the reason and end result/resolution, it has an adverse effect on Sellers, both in their rating status and the fees charged by eBay, which in turn forces us to raise our prices. Please allow me an opportunity to correct any errors before opening a case, which helps keep eBay a fair and safe buying experience for everyone and allows sellers to keep our prices as low as possible.

A NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Import duties/taxes/customs fees/brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are normally collected by the shipping service. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. I do not mark merchandise as “gift” on customs forms - this is prohibited by government regulations and any request to do this is reportable to eBay.

A NOTE REGARDING MEDIA: I ship most of my books, CDs and DVDs via Media Mail, which is the least expensive but slowest shipping method - delivery is quoted by the USPS as 5-12 business days. I also offer shipping via Priority Mail as a more expensive but quicker alternative if you don’t want to wait for Media Mail delivery. Please remember the seller has NO control over delivery time by the USPS once the item leaves our hands; please request a quicker shipping method if you don’t want to wait.
