At our dealership we work very hard to accurately describe our vehicles through text descriptions and elaborate photos. When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. PLEASE NOTE: Both Genuine H-D and aftermarket Parts & Accessories shown in pictures of a vehicle may have been removed or changed since the pictures were originally taken; be certain to doublecheck with your salesperson the presence and condition of any accessories prior to finalizing a deal!

- Fully Detailed - We had this '04 TMC Granite fully-detailed prior to picture-taking and can have it cleaned again before either shipping or in-person pick-up.
- Glossy Paint - Mostly-glossy, anyhow, though the top of the rear fender shows some color fading from where a passenger likely sat during at least some use.

- No Visible Dents - Overall we'd consider this Granite 240 model from the 2004 M.Y. Thunder Mountain Cycles lineup to be in Fair to Good condition cosmetically - negatives are mostly centered around various paint chips (see the pics), while the chrome (keep in mind that TMC used almost exclusively Genuine H-D Parts & Accessories) is generally in okay condition. - Starts Right Up - This 2004 Thunder Mountain Cycles Granite model with a springer front end starts right up (with a bit of a "coaxing," since after all it's a carbureted bike) and the powertrain seems strong. And please note that it was ridden here as a trade. That said, because we knew it would not be sold off of our Showroom Floor we did not "officially" service / inspect / go through the chopper post-trade-in so the best bet would be to call Brent @ 512-422-0761 to schedule your own in-person look-over.
- While Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles built their choppers with 95% Genuine Harley-Davidson parts the exhaust on this bike is most definitely aftermarket. To take a listen please call Brent @ 512-422-0761.
- Dunlop motorcycle tires both Front and Rear - no cracking or dry rot to speak of, but the tread depth remaining is not sufficient to pass state safety inspection so the buyer should plan on picking up this '04 TMC Granite model with a truck-'n-trailer or allowing us to arrange shipping/delivery. Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if paying cash or arranging their own financing; customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state under this scenario. Out of state buyers using Cowboy Harley-arranged financing WILL be charged TT&L appropriate to their home state and these taxes/fees will be paid on their behalf. Documentary fees and Texas V.I.T. do apply in either case.
Taxes and Fees
In-state buyers will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $125. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 3 days of winning the auction of a pre-owned motorcycle (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first). A $1,000 deposit is required on any new bike. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.
Auction Policies
Customers with zero or negative feedback on eBay Motors please contact us prior to bidding. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid. Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close, make payment of a security deposit within 3 days (OR BEFORE THE END OF THE CALENDAR MONTH, whichever occurs first), and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a no-contact/non-paying bidder.
Buyer Pickup
A representative from our dealership can be available for pickup at area airports or bus terminals when necessary. Buyers must schedule pickup prior to making travel arrangements.
