This is a really nice un-restored R60/6. We have just gone through it and done a compression and leak down check and the bike was spot on (160 psi per side, ,5% leak down). We have changed all fluids, cleaned and serviced the carbs, set the timing, checked and set the valves, replaced fork seals and boots and the bike has new tires. This beautiful old classic runs very strong and looks just like a classic motorcycle is supposed to look. The classic lines of the 70s Airheads are still what many of us see when we close our eyes and picture a vintage bike. If you are looking for a great back country runner or just want to revel in the nostalgia, this is a great choice. Inexpensive and easy to own, take a look at this cool old Airhead! |
