Like New (LN): Excellent condition, no damage to disc, case in good to excellent shape, may or may not have insert.

Very Good (VG): Has very minor surface scratches, case in good condition,may or may not have insert.

Good (G): Has surface scratches, case in ok condition, may or may not have insert.

Acceptable (A): Has multiple scratches, plays without skipping. Case is ok, may or may not have insert.

We combine shipping, up to 2-5 DVD's $4.89, 6-10 DVD's $6.89, for larger amounts please message us and we can work out a good price. If you have any questions please contact us. If buying multiple DVD's please let us know so we can make sure the shipping amount is correct.

PAYMENT

Pay via Paypal

Payment is due within 4 days of auction end. Unpaid items will be relisted and an unpaid item case will be filed. Please communicate with us if you need more time to pay.

RETURNS

We do accept returns*, buyer is responsible for return shipping, we are happy to answer any questions. 

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

We list items as they are and with care to describe the actual item. We also provide many photos of the items up for auction. If you want additional photos please email us.

If there is ever a problem with an item please contact us, we are always willing to work with you to resolve it and find a solution. We do our best to make our buyers happy.

*Note on toner, drums and ink. Returns can only be made if packaging is unopened.

SHIPPING

Items will be mailed within 1 business day of receipt of cleared payment.

We pack items with care. Shipping is based on the calculated weight of your item set by eBay and the Post Office. For large or heavy items there is an additional handling charge of $10 to cover packing costs. For fragile items and items over $100 we insure through the post office. We require signature confirmation for all items over $200.

We offer combined shipping! Shipping is cost of combined weight. Handling cost of additional items is $0.50 per additional item in shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

We are required to mark customs forms "Merchandise" and state the exact price paid for the item.

Insurance and tracking is only available on Priority International.
