PAYMENT 

• Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
• Payment must be received within 2 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. PAYPAL ONLY.
• If payment is not received within 4 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute  will be filed, and 5 days later a final fee credit lodged
• Please make sure your address is up to date before purchasing and paying. Ebay’s protocol for seller’s is to ship to the address on file. We cannot change addresses. If your address is not updated we will be shipping ONLY to the address on file.
• Sales tax of 9% will be added to orders in CA.

 

        SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

• All items will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment. All items include tracking. Tracking isn’t always updated in real time. Once the Post Office has your package they control tracking updates.  
• Items over $150 will ship insured. Any item over $300 will ship insured and require signature confirmation. 
• First Class Shipping is only for 13 ounces and below with box and packaging, this is post office protocol not ours. Most shoes weigh more than 13 ounces before packaging.
• Priority Rates for Shoes: Priority Rates/Flat Rate is more cost effective than Standard Shipping most of the time.
• We do not Ship Expedited Shipping. We ship with Priority Mail Boxes and Flat Rate Boxes depending which is most cost effective based on size and weight.
• Please keep in mind Shipping Factors include size and weight of package and final destination. 
• Combined Shipping available upon request for most items. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• We only ship through Ebay's global shipping program. All fees and pricing is done directly between you the buyer and eBay. We have no access to what ebay charges you or customs fees.
• The way it works: We ship to ebay in Kentucky, USA and they take over from their and ship to you.  

RETURNS

•  We are enrolled in Ebay's hassle free 14 day returns program. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns. Only shoe cost is refunded. Original shipping has been paid to USPS; will not be refunded. Buyer pay's return shipping. Buyer is responsible for both original shipping and return shipping.
