We're a genuine family run business based in Omagh Co Tyrone N.Ireland 
We have been in the Car accessories retail business for over 15 years. We closed all our shops to focus on internet sales. We use our vast knowledge of products to import our in-house Brand Wheels N Bits, and J home with other ranges adding in the next few months.

We hold large volumes of stock and always try our very best to keep all items listed in stock but where there is a mistake we will contact you straight away.  This happens less than one in 5000 transactions

Here at Wheels N Bits LTD we try our very best to offer the fastest possible postage we can.  We use 3 postal services:  DHL, Myhermes & Royal Mail. 

For free post items to the UK we use Royal Mail 2nd class. Delivery times for this service is normally 3-5 working days. 1st class is 1-2 working days. DHL Express is next working day.  Our cut off time for same day dispatch is normally 2pm where possible in busy season this may be next day for 2nd class items. 

Europe delivery is normally dispatched next working day after the payment is received. Delivery time is normally 15 to 22 working days to mainland Europe. Please note in some cases a remote area surcharge will apply. This is not known until we dispatch your item. Prices quoted for postage is calculated on the costs to ship to the capital city of your country. We will always try and offer the best shipping costs possible.

Outside of Europe items are normally dispatched next working day after the payment is received.  Delivery time is normally 30 to 45 working days to outside of Europe depending on custom clearance. Please note in some cases a remote area surcharge will apply.  This is not known until we dispatch your item postage.  Prices quoted for postage is calculated on the costs to ship to the capital city of your country. We will always try and offer the best shipping costs possible and will try and work out a cheaper shipping method were remote area charges apply e.g. different address sending via slower shipping method etc.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
We accept item back without reason unopened or used with 14 days from you receiving the item. 
We will issue a full refund once we receive the item back 

When returning an item please include you user name an item number reason for return.
We don't know who owns item that are returned without paper work an we cannot sort out the issue etc.
