Shipping

Berkin ships WORLDWIDE. Your order will be professionally packed in sturdy boxes/tubes to ensure that your item arrives quickly and safely. Items will be shipped within one business day after we receive your full payment.

Generally, the package will take about 7-20 business days to arrive. Please contact us if you would like to deliver by express 3-7 business day service at additional shipping cost. For your convinience and to ensure the safety of your package, all shippings will be sent by registered airmail with a FREE tracking number !

Items shipped to international address must match your PayPal account shipping address. We do not ship it to P.O BOX addresses.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Berkin guarantees your satisfaction. Feedback is really important to us. Please contact us if there's any problem before you leave any neutral or negative feedback. We will fix the problem as soon as possible and we will gladly accept a return within 7 days, no questions asked, refund or exchange guarantee.

Simply return the item(s) in original condition within 7 days of receiving in the original shipping envelope and notify us via email. We will refund or exchange 100% of your item's price but exclude any original Shipping and Handling charge upon receiving of the return.

For exchanges, all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
