Q: What does used/pre-owned mean? Pre-owned or Used items were either a floor model or a customer return, (ex. They were purchased, worn a few times, then returned to the store). Normally these will have signs of wear on the sole and the footbed. Shoes go through a scentless disinfecting process and we do our absolute best not to send anything that is too worn or will make an unsatisfied customer. Please view all photos before purchasing.

Q: Can I see photos of the exact pair I will purchase? Most listings have the actual photo of the product. For Vionic/Orthaheel products, we are unable to provide individual photos of each pair. We choose a photo that accurately represents the condition of all pairs. Items go though a rigorous inspection and cleaning process to ensure you will receive an item that matches the photo on this listing.

Domestic: We ship to the entire United States including APO, AFO, and all US territories. Shipping services used are USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, UPS Ground, and UPS Surepost which are selected at our discretion. Shipping processing times are normally 1-2 business days and you will receive confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

International: Services used are First Class International - Estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks after the parcel leaves the USA, this excludes any customs delays. Serious buyers may request a combined shipping quote for multiple pairs or a faster delivery method such as Priority International (2-4 weeks) or Priority Express International (1-2 weeks). BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES/TAXES.
