If you are based in the UK....

Orders placed with Standard UK Delivery - Tracked Courier are sent with Yodel. Please allow 1 - 3 days to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

Orders placed with Premium UK Delivery - DPD Tracked Courier are sent with DPD Next Day. Please allow 1 day to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

*However, if you live in the Scotish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Channel Islands or British Isles all orders will be sent on a 2 day delivery service with DPD.

If you are based outside of the UK....

Orders placed with Standard International Delivery - UPS Courier are sent with UPS. Please allow 3 -5 days to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

Orders placed with Express International Delivery - UPS Courier are sent with UPS. Please allow 1 - 2 days to receive your order from the day it leaves us.

Please be advised that ALL delivery estimates are ONLY estimates and based on when the item leaves us.

All orders are sent with tracking details so please ensure that you check your emails and junk folders. A signature is required for DPD and UPS, between 8am and 6pm.

At Dirtbikebitz.com we pride ourselves on our customer service. You can return any item to us within 30 working days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

We accept returns on the basis that the item/s are un-used, and in the original re-saleable condition. All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.

Return of goods is the responsibility of the customer, for this reason we suggest an insured method of return such as Recorded Delivery.

Return postage costs cannot be covered by Dirtbikebitz.com unless damaged or faulty goods. Items must be received back with us within 30 days of receiving your order. If you return to us within this period you will receive a full refund.

Dirtbikebitz.com cannot refund/exchange an item until it has been returned.

If you would like to return anything or have any problems, please either call us on 01297 551 575 or email us at customerservices@dirtbikebitz.com and we will help solve any problem to your satisfaction and advise how to proceed.

You MUST NOT write directly, apply stickers or stamps on to the original packaging as this will affect our ability to re-sell the item and may result in a refund being denied if one is requested. We reserve the right to refuse items sent back with defaced or damaged packaging or to charge for the packaging to be replaced.

NOTE: Custom Graphics and Shirt Printing have been made specifically for you they cannot be returned for refunds or exchanges.

Returns / Exchange Address

Simply return items to the returns address, which is also found in the top left hand corner of your invoice, include a copy of your invoice if possible otherwise, as a minimum, your name, address, order number and telephone number and add a small note saying what you want us to do.
