Warranty & Returns Policy:

1.       If wish to return your purchase please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Please note you have 14 days to return an item provided the item is unused and in its original packing.

2.       If defective and the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued or an alternative product will be offered.  

3.       In most circumstances, Shipping and Handling fee is non-refundable.

4.       All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyers under all circumstances.

This is a next working day delivery service. After the payment has cleared we will dispatch the goods as soon as possible. We have a number of delivery services that provide collections that same day and guarantee that the product will be with you the following day. All of these services require signature from the recipient and can be tracked by both seller and customer. Insurance cover is provided in case of loss.

Silver

This service offers your customer a quick delivery service but without the guarantee of next day delivery. We will dispatch the ordered product as soon as possible following payment confirmation. These services require a recipient signature and insurance cover is provided in case of loss.

Free

Once the payment to us has been confirmed we will dispatch the good within two working days. The delivery solutions we use for this delivery method is not tracked. Usually delivery times can be up to five working days.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that unwanted goods are returned to us safely and securely. We strongly recommend that a 'to be signed for' postal or courier service is used to for the return of goods.

Wrong Size?

We understand that occasionally customers may order a size of clothing which is either too large or too small. When this happens we are happy to exchange the product for an alternative size (depending on availability) provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. We make no additional charge for the exchange. To arrange an exchange please contact us by email so that we can check availability of the size required and issue you with an exchange reference and return details. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us safely and in a resalable condition. We suggest that customers should return items by tracked Royal Mail Signed For or via a discount courier such as myHermes or Collect Plus. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
