Free Shipping within the UK
Smaller Items are shipped FREE of charge via Royal Mail Postal Services within the UK. Larger items are shipped FREE using our approved national couriers. The service time may vary but we aim to get as many orders as possible despatched the same or next business day to when the order is placed. Delivery times vary with listings but again we try to send out on priority next day service, wherever possible.

The majority of items ordered before 4pm are dispatched the same day and 90% of deliveries are received the following working day (UK mainland orders only)! Many of our products are automatically picked and dispatched within 5 minutes of ordering. Items shipped on Royal Mail Second Class service will take 2-3 days generally.
We accept payment via PayPal for eBay purchases. However if you prefer to call us we can process the order over the phone on 02894 280240.

We do not accept payment by cheque at this time.
United Kingdom – We service all deliveries within the United Kingdom (excluding the areas below) with a Royal Mail service for smaller items, or a premium next day courier service. 90% of our deliveries are received next day by the customer, but where this is not possible please do bear with us. We try our best to ship items the same day as the order, and deliver to the customer the following day.
Channel Islands/Highlands of Scotland/Islands/Northern Ireland – These items will be despatched as normal within 1 working day, however please allow for some extra days for delivery as these items are sent on a 2-3 day service. We are unable to offer next day service on these locations but we will try our best to get the item to you as soon as possible.
Europe / Rest of the World – When we ship to Europe or elsewhere in the world, we take a few hours extra to triple check the delivery and the product. Shipping to Europe is generally by international courier road economy service and takes between 3 and 7 working days. Shipping outside of Europe will be by international air courier. Smaller items by postage services will take longer, so please bear with us. Any customs or duty charges are NOT included in our listings and the buyer will be liable for those charges in their own country.
We only ship to PayPal approved addresses and cannot update the delivery address after shipping.

My order hasn't arrived! What should I do?
If we have shipped your item with a courier, check the tracking number via the despatch email from ebay, or check your junk mail as it may have gone there. Depending on the comments on the courier website if you need our assistance please don’t hesitate to call us on 02894 280240. If you are calling we need your full name and despatch postcode as per original order.
How do you deliver?
We despatch using Royal Mail postage for smaller items, and for larger items using a national/international courier. Deliveries via courier are between 8am and 6pm, and will always require a signature. If you think you may not be in, then let us know in advance and we will try and work with you (a neighbour, work address etc). A signature is always required for larger valuable items.
Please note that we instruct our couriers to deliver to the purchaser or a close neighbour and they must obtain a signature at time of delivery. They all use location tracking services in addition to this measure. We always ask them NEVER to leave it in a “safe place” and we would request you to give information at time of purchase as to suitable alternatives.
- I've contacted my local sorting office and they don't have the item. What can be done?
Unfortunately we have to allow Royal Mail 15 working days to deliver (28 for EU, 40 for the rest of the world) before an item can be declared missing. If after this time your item has not arrived please contact us and we will raise a Lost Parcel Claim Form for you. We are happy to replace the item (stock pending) or offer a full refund.
In the meantime if you wish to make a “second” purchase we can despatch the same item again, if the lost item turns up we will refund you when this is returned or if it is declared lost we will issue a refund as soon as this is possible and the courier/royal mail claim procedure is begun.
My item shipped via courier. How can I track it?
You should have received a dispatch e-mail that contains a tracking number. If you haven't please check your junk e-mail folder or contact us and we can provide this to you. If contacting us we ideally need your full name as per order and delivery postcode. So please keep those at hand. The tracking number will refer to the courier company we despatched
with.
Can I make an offer on an item?
We do not accept offers on any of our items, we only sell for the listed price.
Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
Yes of course, we try to offer free postage where possible, but there is of course still a shipping cost. If your buying multiple items this means we can still save by combining into one box. Please contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss. We do have some discounts setup but it may be possible to offer you more than this.
I'd like to buy in bulk. Do you offer any discounts?
Possibly, but we would only discount when the bulk quantity is above 20 units. Some products we import ourselves and we can offer customers huge savings. With other products which we buy from manufacturers/distributors this is not always possible. Its best to email us and we will be happy to advise.

Yes! All our stock is brand new, sealed and original.
