* Successful high bidder should contact Jake at Freedom Powersports within 24 hours of auction close at 817-471-5060.

* Successful high bidder will submit a $1,000.00 deposit in the form of a cashier's check, credit card or bank wire transfer within 48 hours of the auction ending unless other arrangements have been made.

* This vehicle is being sold "as-is", unless it is still covered under the original factory warranty.

* A $100.00 documentation fee will be added to all purchases.

* All financial transactions should be fulfilled within seven days of the auction close.

* Freedom Powersports accepts cash in person, certified funds, bank to bank wire transfers and third party financing.

* The purchaser is typically responsible for all shipping charges however Freedom Powersports will gladly arrange shipping via enclosed carrier using licensed/insured/bonded carriers that provide door-to-door service.

* Every effort has been made to accurately describe this vehicle. Freedom Powersports discloses all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that pre-owned vehicles may sometimes have minor scratches, dings or wear inherent to their age and mileage as well as some mechanical parts that are subject to wear. If you would like to schedule a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle we will gladly make the appropriate accommodations however they must be performed prior to auction end and at customer expense.
