The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle.

We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close.

Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping until full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to pay.

Warranty: If any warranty exists, it is provided solely from the manufacturers warranty only.

Return Policy: You may purchase an optional 2 day return policy on vehicles priced below $40,000.

You will be responsible for returning the vehicle to the dealership and paying a restocking

fee in accordance with Vehicle Code 11713.21.

Financing: We offer financing through many different lenders, please contact us for rates, terms, and qualifications.

Fees and Taxes: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.  California residents will be responsible for government fees and taxes, any dealer document preparation charge, any finance charge and any emissions testing charge.
