Up for auction is a 2005 Kawasaki 2X6R that was recently donated to a national charitable foundation and is being sold with NO RESERVE.

The Motorcycle is equipped with a 4cyl engine.  The odometer shows UNKNOWN miles.  It’s fairly well equipped with most of the options.  The seats are BLACK LEATHER and appear to be in decent condition, although a good detail will make a huge difference.  The exterior of the Motorcycle is GREEN and is showing signs of wear and is faded.  It has a few door dings and scratches.  The tires appear to have roughly 25% plus road life left.  Please refer to the photos included in this auction for more description details.

This Motorcycle DOES NOT RUN AND DRIVE.

***This motorcycle has an electrical issue. There are wires cut and missing. This motorcycle does not turn on. We do not know if the engine is in working condition. Please bid accordingly.

As is the case with all donated Motorcycles we do not perform a detailed mechanical or physical inspection.  We simply convey what we are able to observe.  There may be other problems with the Motorcycle that are not evident.  Therefore, please bid accordingly.

INFORMATION CONCERNING MOTORCYCLE TITLE:

This Motorcycle comes with a clear California Title and its Registration was valid through 8/13.

We are not responsible for ANY fees that are due at the DMV for this vehicle. The buyer has FULL RESPONSIBILITY on issues once the vehicle has left our premises.

INFORMATION CONCERNING MOTORCYCLE CONDITION:

We make every effort to photograph important details of the Motorcycles body condition, however small dings, scratches and blemishes in the Motorcycles paint and body are often difficult to catch in the camera lens, so if you fail to personally inspect the Motorcycle, please know that these imperfections may exist.

Since the Motorcycle was donated we do not have any further information on the Motorcycle other than what is provided herein.  Once again - As is the case with ALL our donated Motorcycles we can only provide bidders with a very limited evaluation of the Motorcycle's condition.  We are not in the body shop or automotive repair business and cannot guarantee that our observations are 100% accurate.  The Motorcycle has not been formally inspected and buyers should understand that the opinions provided herein are purely observational and are not a guarantee of condition.

INFORMATION CONCERNING PAYMENT FOR MOTORCYCLE:

• WINNING BIDDERS MUST CONTACT OUR OFFICE AND LEAVE A DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER BIDDING HAS ENDED OR PAY IN FULL IMMEDIATELY.  WE CAN BE REACHED BY TELEPHONE AND OR EMAIL.  714-997-3346.
• THERE IS A $75.00 CHARITY DOC FEE THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL PRICE FOR MOTORCYCLES SELLING UNDER 1000.00, A $100.00 CHARITY DOC FEE FOR MOTORCYCLES SELLING OVER 1000.00. FOR EVERY 1000.00 AFTERWARDS, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA 50.00 ADDED.    FULL PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN THREE DAYS OF THE END OF AUCTION.
• MOTORCYCLES THAT ARE PAID IN FULL IMMEDIATELY, STORAGE FEES WAIVED UP TO 5 DAYS.
• MOTORCYCLES NOT PAID IN FULL BY THE 3^RD DAY, THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA 50.00 ADDED ON TO THE TOTAL AND 30.00 PER DAY AFTER WARDS.

Accepted form of payment is cash in person, credit card (visa or mc only)

 Please note that PayPal transactions can only be used for deposits. You will need to select another payment method above to complete the remainder of your Motorcycle sale.  Cashier’s check is ok, but Motorcycle will not be released until payment is cleared.

 All taxes, fees, and penalties due to the DMV, are the responsibility of the buyer.

INFORMATION CONCERNING PICK-UP OF MOTORCYCLE:

Pickup must occur within THREE (3) days of the end of the auction, unless other arrangements are made via phone conversation with Gia.  There will be a storage fee of $30.00 per day for any Motorcycle left on our premises after this time.

MOTORCYCLES WILL NOT BE RELEASED UNLESS FEES ARE PAID.

The winning bidder is responsible for picking the Motorcycle up in Orange, CA (off the 57 Freeway).

• We DO NOT SELL PARTS from the Motorcycle!  The Motorcycle is sold as is and will not be parted out!
