1953 AJS 500cc Single 53/18SC

This is a very rare 1953 AJS 500cc Single 53/18SC bike that is very original. It runs as good as it looks. Carb and speedo are not stock. The rest of the bike is stock. The bike starts first or second kick. I have a clear California title. I have been told that they only brought 300 to 400 of these in the country and think this was counting AJS and Matchless.

Original alloy barrel and top triple tree and fenders, Back fender has a crack from tail light mount. Also has correct folding kick start lever and alloy shifter. Buyer must deal with the shipping from Petaluma CA, USA. Any questions call 707-280-3187
