NOTES
This vehicle does not pass New Hampshire State Inspection due to the front rotor being warped and the rear rotor being warped. There is oil seeping from the rocker box covers, base gaskets, push rods, primary cover, transmission covers, and head gaskets, though it is not collecting enough to be a safety concern or fail inspection. We installed battery tender leads for easy battery charger hook-up. A spare key is included.
NOTE: Due to a backlog of work in our shop, we are not able to quote or perform any repair services on this bike.

TEST DRIVE
This bike runs, rides, and shifts well.
COSMETIC CONDITION
There is evidence of a tip over on the left side, with scratches on the clutch lever, primary case, and rear turn signal. The top of the front fender has a 1.5" dent, and there is some sear on the left fork dust cover. Otherwise, the bike shows normal wear for the year and mileage.
TITLE
In New Hampshire, any vehicle 15 years and older, or under 50cc, is considered
exempt and will not be issued a title. This is pursuant to RSA 261:3 of the Motor
Vehicle Laws of the State of New Hampshire. The RSA reads, "No title or duplicate
title will be issued on any exempt vehicle, even by request". This does not
mean that you will not be able to title this vehicle in your state! Check with
your department of motor vehicles about your specific state requirements. We are
an official N.H. motorcycle dealership and inspection station and in most cases can provide all the necessary documents for you to title and register this vehicle in your state. Click
here to see the actual State document.
ATTENTION CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS - California law requires all new and used vehicles with under 7500 miles to be equipped with California emissions. This vehicle has in excess of 7500 miles, so you will be able to title and register it in your state.
NH STATE INSPECTION
ATTN NEW HAMPSHIRE RESIDENTS: This vehicle does not pass New Hampshire State Inspection. You will still be able to register it, but you will need to correct the items specified for a NH inspection sticker. Please see the Inspection Report notes above for further details.
