Terms of Sale Terms of Sale This vehicle is available for inspection 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday thru Saturday at 7050 W. Bell RD, Glendale, AZ 85308 or online at Otherpeoplesstuff.com. The following Terms of Sale apply to All of our listed items for auction. 1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase that vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. 2. Other Peoples Stuff*, reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Other Peoples Stuff reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end of the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Other Peoples Stuff*, shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. 3. A Bidder with excessive negative feedback or bid retractions will be automatically rejected. 4. Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions ending. We encourage the buyer to view and inspect in person. We cannot be responsible for errors in the listing, information comes from the consignors and/or manufacturers. If you are not sure or have questions about something it is the bidders responsibility to ask before bidding. 5. Successful high bidder MUST contact Other Peoples Stuff* within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If no contact is made within 24 hours of auction end, Other Peoples Stuff* reserves the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. 6. Successful high bidder will submit a $1,000.00 non- refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auction ending either by paypal.com, bank wire transfer, or overnight money order/cashier's check. 7. All financial transactions must be completed within seven (7) days of auction ending. If the transaction is not completed within this time, the buyer may risk losing their deposit. 8. Other Peoples Stuff* has made every attempt to supply and disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that we sell pre-owned inventory. Other Peoples Stuff will perform a Safety Inspection pursuant to Arizona State Laws however we do not perform elective maintenance on any vehicles. This Vehicle is being sold As Is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. We encourage all buyers to view vehicle prior to purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyers request prior to the close of the sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. In the event of any unforeseen litigation, any such litigation will be held in Maricopa County. Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes, Buyers 5% fee and Fees as well as Title and Registration Fees. All Fee's must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. 10. Other Peoples Stuff* can Assist with shipping worldwide. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. 11. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00p.m. Arizona Time. 12. All Vehicles sold by Other Peoples Stuff* are Guaranteed to be clean/clear of any prior salvage or rebuilt title history. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the State of Arizona. 13. Vehicles for sale may or may not have floor mats, extra keys, remotes, owners manuals, etc. Please call us to inquire about a specific vehicle. 14. Upon receipt of payment in full for vehicle, please allow a minimum of 3 business days for delivery. This time will allow for a Safety Delivery Inspection. Inspection will not be performed until payment is received in full. Please allow sufficient time for Safety Delivery Inspection and/or Unforeseen Problems. 15.
