Shipping Policy
Delivery Requirements
Customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with the product or products that they purchase. If the customer elects to have the product delivered to a trucking terminal for will call. The customer is responsible for retrieving their item with in 48 hours of notification. It the item is being delivered to a business location the customer is responsible for said business to unload the product, by mean of a loading dock or a fork lift truck. Customer must take deliver of item within 48 hours of business delivery notification. If said item is to be delivered to a residential address, the deliver is curb side only (it will be left on the edge of your driveway). The customer is responsible for having sufficient manpower on hand to unload said item. The driver may assist you, but, is not required to help. If you are unable to unload the item at the time of delivery, the trucking company will return the item to their terminal and you will be responsible to will call the item from the terminal.
Shipping Damage
If your item is damaged during shipping you must take receipt of the item and notify us immediately of the damage. We will file the appropriate claim paperwork with the shipping company. We will send to you at our discretion, replacement parts that were damaged. In most cases the parts will be sent to you free of any charges.
If you do not take receipt of a damaged item and it is returned to us you will only receive a partial refund of your purchase or no refund at all.
We do not want you to have a damaged product and we will get replacement parts to you as soon as possible. By refusing the item you are only making the problem worse and costly for yourself. Reset assured we will do everything we deem necessary to make things right.
